Hal Shoes- Retail Fit Out

THE CHALLENGE:
On this project ENM was challenged to create a beautiful store with a roomy feel in a relatively small space. Additionally, there was a very tight timeframe as the owners wanted to open their new store for the start of the season.

THE ENM SOLUTION:
ENM joined the project in the preconstruction phase and assisted the client with completing the project plans in a way that best met their needs. We brought in expert designers and worked together to create a design that would maximize the available space. EnM utilized their expertise to create plans that were both cost-effective and designed for township approval. Construction was planned to maximize efficiency, and be completed within 3 months. Additionally, we coordinated with the building management to ensure the client would receive the CO in a timely fashion.

Tree of Life- Expansion Project

THE CHALLENGE:
This renovation project entailed a sizable expansion upon an existing business’ building. It was a priority for the client that normal business operations should not be disturbed. Additionally, time was of essence as the client needed the project completed within a short timeframe.

THE ENM SOLUTION:
ENM joined the project team while the client was still creating the project drawings, and we guided them towards creating the project plans in a manner that would ensure we would be able to construct the project in a timely manner. Additionally, ENM created a phasing plan for the project to ensure the work could be completed with minimal to no disturbance on the business’s operation. We then completed the construction per the plan we set in place within the project timeline.

South Jersey Legal Office - Office Fit Out

THE CHALLENGE:
Our client, a Real Estate management firm who we worked with on multiple projects reached out to us regarding an office fit out they needed completed. They needed the space to be ready for tenants right away, as per the terms of the signed lease. They also need to ensure the full project would be completed within budget in order to turn a profit on the deal. They had already engaged an architect for the project and their construction management team had already prepared the preliminary project budget.

THE ENM SOLUTION:
ENM came into this project at the construction stage. Upon performing our signature, comprehensive review of the plans as well as thoroughly scoping out the existing space. We discovered missing crucial elements. Many of these omissions could potentially cause tremendous delays and large unaccounted for costs. The ENM team skillfully created an effective and cost-efficient new plan for the client within 2 weeks of receiving the plans. Our client avoided the stress and expense of downtime delays. Additionally, the ENM streamlined plan saved our client 10% of the project cost. We also included a list for the owner of any items that clashed between the drawings and the site conditions to ensure we begin solving any clashes prior to starting construction. Once the client gave us the go ahead, we proceeded to coordinate any finishes and changes needed with the tenant. By understanding the owner’s end goal, EnM was able to deliver the project to meet their needs, including completing the project on time and on budget, as well as ensuring the tenants were satisfied.
